Senior Hydrogeologist / Consulting Geoscientist

Duncan is a Hydrogeologist / Consulting Geoscientist with over 20 years experience which has included environmental studies and management, groundwater supply development, engineering geology and exploration geology for a range of mining and infrastructure development projects within Australia, United Kingdom and Africa. Participation in these projects has ranged from field supervision and technical input to overall project management.

Extensive experience has been gained in the areas of:

• numerical modelling of impact of groundwater environments from landfill, quarry and mine tailings dam facilities;
• groundwater resource assessment and development for groundwater supply options and mine dewatering;
• environmental impact statements and project feasibility studies;
• supervision and management of infrastructure development projects.

Prior to joining AGE in 2008, Duncan was self employed for nine years as a Consulting Geoscientist.
